Good day and thank you for checking out my blog!

For those of you that do not know me, I am a guy with a broad spectrum of experience and interests. I have over 20 years managerial experience in the manufacturing sector (different industries - medical device, high-tech and consumer goods). I have held positions in manufacturing, quality, continuous improvement and engineering. I have worked with people that span the whole gambit of personalities, work ethics and skill sets (both good and bad).

My interests have changed over the years. One constant is football. I love studying the game and taking part in Fantasy pools. As I have gotten older, interests have shifted to learning about the bigger picture. We want to do some homesteading (growing vegetables, canning and smoking meat). We are also learning more about our impact on the world; researching solar, looking at recycling more. The biggest interest is in Hemp. Hemp has huge potential in reducing our impact on the world (hempcrete, hemp plastic, fabric and food). 

To that, we are looking at starting some side businesses in 2019. I want to do something with Hemp to go along with the body lotion we have developed. We have launched a site www.green-spree.com. It is a marketplace for folks to sell their eco-friendly products. Wifey will be focusing on her sewing. She is very talented and has designed some great placemats. She has also done some fantastic memory pillows. I will post about our journey throughout the year. 

On the personal side, I have 3 great kids and a fantastic better half. We enjoy watching the Sunday games. We also enjoy playing games together (board and video games). We also enjoy spending time outside.
