Welcome to my blog. Over the next week or so, I will be working out all the kinks and getting the blog fully functional. The goal of this blog is to have a little fun getting my thoughts on paper while hopefully helping a few folks along the way.

I have more than 20 years of industrial experience (in various industries) and I will be sharing some insight into management practices that I hope will help folks become happier in their work. I will also be giving some opinions on sports, government and life in general as we go.
